In the late afternoon we'll pick you up from your hotel and proceed to Phnom Penh's riverfront by tuk tuk. You'll board a traditional slow boat and enjoy a drink while observing the past meeting the present. On one side of the river you have the bustle of Phnom Penh with tall commercial buildings and on the other the traditional countryside with Buddhist pagodas (but things are changing quickly). Moreover, you will pass some local villages nestled on the banks of the river with traditional floating houses and markets. You can also see the locals fishing along the riverside, and the small gardens they have maintained. After an entertaining trip on the river you'll return to the city. You'll be dropped off at the pier so enjoy a walk along the riverside or head back to your hotel.
