Day 1: Sonauli Border Crossing to Lumbini

Ready for the adventure of a lifetime? We'll be waiting for you on the Nepalese side of the Sonauli Border Crossing after you've breezed through immigration. Once we're all set, we'll drive to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha and one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the world.

After we check in to our budget hotel, take a moment to refresh and relax before exploring the area on your own. From stunning monasteries to sacred shrines, there's plenty to discover in Lumbini.

Day 2: Lumbini to Chitwan National Park

Today, we'll let you take the reins and explore Lumbini at your own pace. Take in the serene atmosphere, visit different monasteries built by different countries, and get a glimpse into Buddhist culture and history.

In the afternoon, we're off to Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the best national parks in Asia. Get ready for a wild ride as we venture through the 932 square kilometers of pristine wilderness, known for its diverse range of wildlife.

Day 3: Chitwan National Park

Get ready for an exciting day full of wildlife encounters and cultural experiences in the heart of Chitwan National Park. The day starts early with a canoe trip on the river, where you'll have the opportunity to spot crocodiles basking in the sun on the riverbanks. As you glide along the calm waters, keep your eyes peeled for other creatures such as colorful birds, monkeys swinging from tree to tree and even some endangered animals in the distance.

After your canoe trip, stretch your legs and take a leisurely nature walk through the lush forest. As you stroll along the winding trails, your expert guide will point out various flora and fauna and share fascinating insights about the unique ecosystem of the park.

Once you've worked up an appetite, it's time for a delicious lunch. Afterward, get ready for a thrilling jeep safari through the dense jungle. With luck, you'll be able to spot some of the park's incredible wildlife up close, including majestic elephants, elusive leopards, magnificent rhinoceroses and perhaps even a rare glimpse of the Royal Bengal Tiger. Be sure to have your camera ready to capture these unforgettable moments.

In the evening, immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the region as you see a traditional dance performance by the indigenous Tharu people. As the rhythmic beat of the drums fills the air, marvel at the colorful costumes and graceful movements of the dancers. It's a perfect way to end a day filled with adventure and discovery.

Day 4: Chitwan National Park to Upper Dangadi

After a thrilling few days exploring the wilderness of Chitwan National Park, it's time to bid farewell to the wildlife and set off on a new adventure. We'll hop on local transport and make our way to Shaktikhor, the starting point of our trekking adventure.

As we journey through the rugged terrain, we'll pass through small local villages that offer a glimpse into the daily lives of the Nepalese people. We'll see farmers tending to their crops, children playing in the streets, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of some traditional cultural practices. As we continue our journey, the landscape will shift, and we'll be treated to breathtaking mountain views that will leave you in awe. Keep your camera ready, as you won't want to miss capturing the stunning vistas of the Himalayan range. Along the way, we'll come across an old fort that was built in the 18th century, which is a testament to the rich history of the region.

After a moderate uphill climb, we'll arrive at Upper Dangadi, a charming village that's nestled in the heart of the mountains. Here, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture, interact with the friendly villagers, and learn about their way of life.

As we settle into our simple homestay, take a moment to soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and reflect on the journey that's led you here. You're now in the heart of the Nepalese countryside, and there's an exciting trekking adventure waiting for you in the days ahead.

Day 5: Upper Dangadi to Hattibang

Get ready for an adventurous day as we trek through a mixed forest, trek along the ridge, and explore the charming Chepang village. Keep your eyes peeled for jaw-dropping views of the majestic Mt. Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Jugalhimal, and Manaslu.

As we reach Hattibang, we'll take a moment to soak in the stunning surroundings and appreciate the beauty of nature. Don't forget to snap some photos to capture this unforgettable experience!

Day 6: Hattibang to Kathmandu

On our last day, we'll trek downhill for 3-4 hours through villages with diverse cultures and end our trek at Hugdi Khola. From there, we'll take a local transport back to the bustling city of Kathmandu, feeling invigorated and accomplished from our amazing adventure. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport depending on your program onward.
