Set in a lush garden space, just metres from Sanur’s white sandy beach. This is an amazing space where you will experience a truly harmonious feeling. Enjoy the sea breeze as you practise upstairs in the open space of our eco-friendly, 100% bamboo studio.

Downstairs in the chill space, all are welcome to relax and enjoy the harmony, listen to some peaceful tunes, play with any of the instruments, read a wide range of books on all sorts of topics or meet with new people.

Replenish your energy and buy healthy juice, organic teas and coffee. The genuinely friendly staff is happy to help in any way they can. Outside you can also do some Hammock therapy… It’s free and easy… Just swing, breath, swing, while you watch the waves and activities in the picturesque lagoon. Surfing, SUP, sailing and snorkelling tours are all available on our doorstep.

Our shrine is the ocean. A rich and active local community still thrives in this area, a traditional fishing fleet, local markets, kite flying area and temples. The clear waters of the coral lagoon along with the white sandy beach, coconut palms and genuinely friendly community atmosphere make this still a special part of Bali. Power of Now Oasis is a very special Yoga studio, blessed to be located here.

Depending on how many yoga classes you choose in your pass, it´s a flexible program, where you can join upto 3-4 classes daily, except Sundays (currently only 2-3 sessions). All classes are 75-min each with lots of variation (Hatha, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Yin - see below for additional information). Some are in the morning and some in the afternoon. There´s a new yoga program every week, so all you´ve got to do is to choose which classes to join every day!
