Your lessons will be individually planned for you but you will be surrounded by other surfers doing their lessons.

Our surf development courses are the ultimate learn to surf experiences. During your time at our camp, Spot X, you will be totally focused on improving your technical skills, ocean experience, ocean awareness, fitness, and living the life of a surfer. We’ll challenge and coach you through various levels of your development and get you well on your way to becoming a surfer.

Matkaohjelma

The 1-month course will facilitate the development of the following skills:
- Practical development of beginner to intermediate surf skills
- Ocean safety, ocean awareness, fitness training
- Access to a variety of waves
- Instruction to achieve catching, riding and turning on unbroken waves

The 2-month course will facilitate the development of the following additional skills:
- Increased surf theory, and exposure to more challenging waves
- Increased ocean fitness, paddling power and confidence

The 3 month course will facilitate the development of the following additional skills:
- Preparation to pass all requirements to become a Level 1 instructor
- Provide up to 40 hours of practical coaching experience

Local Payment for the 3-month Surf Academy course is for Statutory Certification & Accreditation to become a Level 1 Surf Instructor.

- Surf rafting - extra cost AUD 20
- Kangaroo golf - extra cost AUD 20
- Kayaking - extra cost AUD 20
- Board hire - extra cost AUD 15 for 2 hours

Somewhere north of Coffs Harbour and south of Byron Bay is our secret surf camp Spot X. A place totally devoted to the surf lifestyle. Located in a National Marine Park, Spot X provides a unique opportunity to spend time in one of Australia's most beautiful coastal areas. Long days in the sun and waves leading to memorable nights around the camp fire, Spot X is truly a place you don't want to miss. Great food, awesome staff and comfortable clean shared accommodation.

For your comfort: Spot X has all the facilities including laundry, cooking area, a shop for all your basic necessities, an entertainment area with internet access, tour desk, TV & DVD, a kick-ass sound system, hammocks, volleyball court.

The number of nights included corresponds to the length of stay so either 30, 60 or 90!

Comfortable travel from/to Byron Bay. Please contact Mojosurf for the exact pick-up location and departure time.

All your meals are taken care of while you are at the camp! Vegetarians, vegans, gluten or lactose intolerance - no worries.
